Spartanburg Community Dental Center provides comprehensive, low-cost dental care to neighbors who could not otherwise afford it, delivered by residents and their faculty.
THE CLINIC
SPANTANBURG COMMUNITY DENTAL CENTER
SCDC is a “safety net” clinic offering low-cost dental services to underserved communities, including individuals enrolled in addiction recovery programs. Our patients often face financial, transportation and access barriers to care, and demand continues to exceed available resources in many of the communities we serve.
The residency is sponsored by Spartanburg Medical Center, part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. SMC is also home to the Simulation Lab where all SMC AEGD residents train together.
